Robert qualified at the firm and has nearly 20 years experience in property law. For the last eight years he has specialised in residential property. He acts for a number of London landed estates together with property investors, tenant groups and individuals advising on conveyancing, landlord and tenant and enfranchisement matters. He now specialises in estate conveyancing, enfranchisement conveyancing and rights of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. He brings a practical and commercial approach to getting transactions completed within the client's timetable and budget.

Since 2005 Robert has been the managing partner of the firm and now combines management with fee earning.
