This realistic miniature garden has been created as an urban oasis, a place of rest and relaxation away from the pace and noise of city life. In addition to literally recessing the garden into the ground, both steel and wood have been used to create highly architectural boundaries. A remarkable water feature then creates an aural as well as a visual focal point, tumbling down steps from the ground to the new recessed inner garden.
At night, when the city comes alive, so does the garden. Lit from below, the colours mix and dance bringing a beautiful, subtle glow to this glorious urban oasis.
