Conversion rights to stay

Jason Tann’s article in the November 2015 edition of The Planner discusses the announcement that the temporary permitted development rights introduced in May 2013 are to become permanent.  These temporary rights, which were due to end in May 2016,  had offered a temporary three-year window to developers to convert offices to residential accommodation without the requirement for planning permission.
