Specialises in residential landlord and tenant. Has considerable experience in advising Central London landed estates, as well as other similar freeholders, management companies, developers and private individuals, both in the UK and overseas. He is trustee of the Sloane Stanley Estate.

Damian is co-editor of the fourth edition of "Hague on Leasehold Enfranchisement" and is recognised as a leading authority in the complex area of enfranchisement.
