  • Advised on the creation of leases of roof areas to secure landlords’ development rights in blocks of flats and mixed use buildings.
  • Advised on the creation and legal structure of a significant new ground rent fund.
  • Advised on the use of historic statues to secure funding for the refurbishment of a Grade 1 historic mansion in Yorkshire.
  • Extensive experience of management issues affecting a law firm.
