  • Advised on the sale of a former gunboat based at Chelsea Yacht and Boat Club.
  • Advised on the voluntary acquisition of property from the Grosvenor Estate, including negotiating additional rights of access and parking.
  • Advised on the acquisition of part of an unregistered freehold title property on the Grosvenor Estate from a trustee in bankruptcy ensuring charges of the seller were removed and title perfected on registration. This included working with our Private Client team to ensure that the buying entity was a tax efficient vehicle.
  • Advised on the successful acquisition of a house from a mortgagee in possession where the sale price was contested by the former bankrupt owner.
  • Advised on the disposal of a portfolio of freehold properties, including dealing with the redemption of rent charges.
