Kerry qualified in 1986 and is a partner and head of property litigation at Pemberton Greenish. Kerry joined the firm as a partner in 1998 from Speechly Bircham where she was also a partner. She specialises in all areas of contentious property work and acts for both land owners and tenants in relation to service charge disputes, dilapidations claims, forfeiture claims, rent reviews and lease renewals.

Kerry is particularly noted for her expertise in dealing with disputes relating to enfranchisement claims and has recently acted for the Cadogan Estate in the Aggio and Sportelli appeals before the House of Lords. Kerry is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits on the Law Reform Committee of the Property Litigation Association. She writes and lectures regularly on landlord and tenant issues as well as enfranchisement and is noted in Chambers as a “Leader” in her field.
