Katherine joined the firm in 1993 as a newly qualified solicitor having completed her training at city firm, Macfarlanes.
She advised on all aspects of commercial and residential property, with much of her experience being gained in advising London estates.
Katherine became a partner in 2001 and now specialises in residential landlord and tenant matters with particular expertise in leasehold enfranchisement. She has gained much of her experience in acting for landlords, including several of the London estates, investment companies and charities, and has been involved in many reported cases at the leasehold valuation tribunal. Katherine also acts for individual and corporate tenants in all residential landlord and tenant matters who benefit from her experience in acting for some of London's most influential property owners.
Katherine also has specialist knowledge of housing and rent act legislation and advises both landlords and tenants on all aspects of this area of law.
Katherine is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practioners (ALEP).
