Most recently Andrew has been working in a consultancy role at the Newbury office of Thomas Eggar (previously the Newbury office of Penningtons) where he was a consultant on corporate work, with a particular emphasis on family businesses. Previously Andrew had been at Boodle Hatfield where he had been an equity partner for over 20 years.
Andrew has spoken and written about the challenges facing family businesses and is a member of the Advisory Council to the Institute for Family Business.
